How to begin using your Red Cloud Cotton Towels
Organic Turkish cotton needs to be soaked and exposed to water to teach the fibers how to absorb best. But you can speed up the absorption process!
• Soak it in water for 24 hours
• Ring out the towel and hang to dry in a bathtub or shower
• Repeat 1-4 times
• Wash in the machine following
Organic cotton fibers will become very absorbent after exposure to water several times.
• Ecru towels: 3-4 soaks
• Color and white towels: 1-2 soaks
• Thin flat-woven pestemal towel: 1 soak for 12 hours
Everyday care
• Hand wash silk items
• Machine wash 30° C
• Do NOT use softener or bleach
• Cool-medium dryer
• Cool settings for linen items
(Any loops on the towels that pull long, cut with a sharp scissor to the same length as other loops. It will not unweave.)
